Purpose and introduction:

This machine is suitable for filling electronic cigarette oil and eye drops in round and flat plastic bottles and glass bottles of various materials of 5-100ml.

This machine adopts high-precision cam mechanism, indexing plate positioning, capping and capping, and the acceleration cam drives the capping head up and down; constant torque capping, peristaltic pump metering and filling; touch screen control, no bottle no filling; no inner plug and outer cover, with the advantages of stable transmission, accurate positioning, accurate metering, and easy operation.

The upper inner plug and outer cover are calibrated with special molds, and the political alignment pass rate is high. The inner plug hopper adopts single-track or double-track feeding, depending on the user's output.

Filling machine features:
